• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your package. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
• Signature Confirmation: All deliveries require a signature or confirmation upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for your package, our delivery partner will leave a note for you to arrange for another delivery attempt or pick up from their location.
• Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for more details.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

• Shipping on Public Holidays: Shipping will not be done on Public Holidays.
